Problem

Willpower alone fails when apps are engineered for engagement. Blocking apps entirely feels punitive and is hard to sustain. Users need a friction layer that preserves autonomy while breaking the impulsive tap habit.

02

Solution

A digital wellness app that intercepts opens of distracting apps and presents a micro-task — breathing, affirmations, a short quiz, or a partner-linked challenge — before granting access. Scheduled gating adapts strictness to time of day.

  • Flutter app for iOS & Android: block distracting apps, intercept opens, and offer breathing, affirmations, quizzes, or partner-linked tasks.
  • Native SDKs (Swift, Kotlin) and Flutter package for partner integrations; Firebase Cloud Functions where used.
  • Marketing site: Next.js landing; contact form email via Resend.
03

Outcome

Users maintain focus during work hours and report sustained productivity improvements. Partner integrations extend the model to fitness, mindfulness, and productivity tools.
